Project Overview

I was the Director of Experience Design for a team (7-15 direct reports) that was responsible for creating the user experience across all of and all of Toyota’s digital properties with over 10 million user visits per month. The team’s capabilities included everything from user research, UX strategy, UX design, prototyping, and in between. When the team needed support, I worked as an individual contributor.
